So many interesing things to look at and think about.
First, being a native Californian, I didn't have a clue about those black hills.
I adore the Gourd Apartment Complex and would love to see how they decorate it.
I think your analysis of the political corruptions true ~~ straight from I &II Kings ~~ things like that just don't change.Wandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06941735389982354519noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4890086592337310125.post-7619885986024680632008-03-15T06:33:00.000-07:002008-03-15T06:33:00.000-07:00Ugh! When reading through the kings in the Bible, I always felt sad when I saw a good king "turn bad". It always happened when their heart was lifted up - pride. They got too self confident and not God confident. Then there was one terrible, wicked king that at the very end of his life, turned his heart over to God. Our God is a God of hope and I'm glad :)

Have a great weekend! My six-year-old is going to a friend's B-day party at Chuckie Cheese, do you have that in the South? Think lots of noise, lots of loud games that take tokens, and lots of parents chasing after their children to make sure they don't get lost :) A fun morning for sure. I think I'll opt for a quiet afternoon...Susan Skitthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13871921369901815459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4890086592337310125.post-87398300649904151522008-03-14T20:45:00.000-07:002008-03-14T20:45:00.000-07:00Once I had swallows raising babies in gourds and t...Once I had swallows raising babies in gourds and then the sparrows came in and killed the little ones, took over the nest. It did give me reason to think negatively about the sparrows.

About Spitzer, what a turn about for someone that was a straight arrow always before. A psychologist friend and I were talkig about him today and we both wonder if something neurological has gone wrong in the last few years. His recent behavior seems out of character.

If you haven't been to D.
