i always leave comments...so, come visit my sight, and I'll always say hi!
loved your "james earl jones"...great voice

the shots in the background were a new level of sensory perception...all kinds of things were running through my mind before you addressed it

this was a fun activity and i loved getting to see everyone and hear their voices!

i'm starting my diet again tomorrow, this was a very big eye opener...i took up way too much of the screen, oh well!
see you soon
have a gr8 night!
Hey, Greg! So far, you're the sole male vlogger on "I See What You're Saying." Kudos! It sure looks lovely where you are, and yes, I wondered what the noise was behind you. You are very spunky, and I get a kick out of your posts, for sure. And who doesn't love a little Shakespeare?! (Former English major here). Thanks again. Have fun blog hopping and checking out all the "babes!"
Hey Greg! I love your yard...it looks like the Garden of Eden! Beautiful!

I am so used to the shotgun fires in the background...grew up in South Texas. Deer hunting capital of the Great State. I only marvelled at how many there were one right after the other!

Oh, and the Southern accent with the Shakespearean language...priceless. :-)

Wonderful video! I loved the shotgun sounds in the background, the beautiful scenery, and the poetry reading.

Loved your video and then I read back a few posts and just laughed myself silly. I'll be back!
Why are there so few men blogging?

Loved the gunshots; they added that something extra.

Oh my!!! LOL - Those gunshots sound a little too close for comfort!!

The video was cool!! Always nice seeing ya and this is a great idea, I hope you do it at least once a week or so, let us hear your voice and ... well heck its' just down home fun seeing you on the porch/deck talking.

I love your yard.

OMG James Earl Jones, Greg you are a hoot. Yes, I heard the shotguns and felt right at home...it's something we hear a lot of too...the hunters just ignore our posted signs and go right along on...I wear my yellow cop slicker when walking in the woods for that very reason...I want them to see me and that there are no antlers on my head! You don't have much of a Southern accent...I mean you can cut mine with a knife...it's always nice to hear the voices of the people we meet out here, isn't it? I did a video a few posts back and may try it again myself!

Great video!

If only you could have said, "Luke, I am your father..." :)
Greg you did great! You totally looked at ease in front of that camera!

Not nearly dorky enough... ;)

Your yard looks beautiful! And I loved the shot guns in the background :)

For some reason I can never see videos at work so.. my loss!

At first I was getting edgy wondering if someone was going to shoot you from behind while you were sitting there all cozy and nice...and then I realized, that's not gonna happen because...YOU'RE NOT IN MIAMI! :)

This was my favorite video of you, btw, and not just because you have the ability to sound like James Earl Jones, but because you were very natural and relaxed in a relaxed setting (minus the gunshots, of course). ;)

I blog for the same reasons you do and I always leave comments. See?? ;)

that was GREAT! Loved the impression, it was very good!
Greg, it was great to see your video, it feels like I know you a little bit more. Your yard is beautiful and the gunshots...you're killing me! Fantastic video - this one was the charm

Hi Greg, So nice to meet you. Saturday is opening day for bird season and the pond behind our house is a favored spot so I know all about the country noises. I'll be back. I am totally interested in gardening, but watering is my favorite part of the process. LOL.
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
You are too funny...LOL!! Loved your post, and by the way, the gun shots are a common thing around our house, and my son is usually giving Bambi a run for her money!

When you pulled out the book of poetry, I was saying "good Goverment, this isn't going to be pretty" But laughed myself silly!

Ya know, if that deer comes limping into your yard, you'd have supper for a long time. :) Love your deck, and especially your reading! :) Great post.

The target practice in the background made it sound like you could be next door to me! Very funny! You couldn't have timed them better!

Thanks for stopping by and commenting at my blog.

When you commented on my blog you said, "I am not that creative." I thought your reading was very creative.

I really enjoyed seeing you!

Great job, Greg! I'm pretty sure this is the only post that has shots ringing out in the background! I also appreciated a man getting on board...and your wonderful James Earl Jones reading. :)

I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've visited your blog, but I will be back! :)
Great video - the unplanned gunfire in the background added humor of its own!

Dropped by by way of 2nd cup and have now added you to my favorites. I love the prior posts. Your "10" and "chlorine" had me laughing and I couldn't agree with you more about not, not voting.

That was GREAT! I used to go hunting with my dad (pheasant and turkey) so I got a kick out of the shot gun sounds in the background. I'm also really excited to learn more about taking care of plants since we got a whole bunch with our patio. The James Earl Jones reading was a hoot! You know, if you added the Darth Vader breathing (he does Darth Vader's voice) it would sound like Vader reading Shakespeare, cool!

Anyway, thank you so much for sharing, and I'll have to keep coming by here to see if you post about plants. Have a great afternoon!

I felt right at home with that video! Nice job! I'm a little jealous of the land and the shotgun noises, I must admit! Add a little smell of pigs running around and you got yourself a pretty great atmosphere!

I'll be adding your blog to my google reader. I don't have nearly enough male bloggers to follow! You're number three!!!

Nice meeting you.

Thought I'd round your comments up to 30. I love the video posts. So fun! Did I ever tell you I think you're a swell guy? I do. Have a good day,

That was the best James Earl Jones/Shakespeare impression ever!

Is that a banana tree?

There always seem to be more visitors than commenters. Maybe some folks just don't know what to say.

PS I also visited your son's garden blog.

I think that you were the only guy to participate in this event! I am so glad you did. I scrolled down your blog and loved your 10 clues we might be in a financial crisis....really great!

I also love to garden...vegetable garden that is. But since moving to AR, I don't have any yard space to do it...I miss it a lot and so does my family!!!

You're looking good, how much weight have you lost??

Till next time ~~ Wanda

HI Greg,
Great job on the video. I have never read your blog before, but I will now add it to my list. Thanks for explaining the gun shots. Yes, I would have to say you are more rural that I am here in NJ! But if gunshots are what makes in rural, what does that say about Newark? :)

Thanks for joining in the party. Doesn't get any better than Shakespeare and shotguns.

Greg, as you started talking and those gun shots were going off, I was like "What the heck?" I thought something was wrong with the audio...then the shots were more frequent and you mentioned that someone was hunting and I lost it!! Too Funny!!! I loved your story telling voice. Your yard is beautiful!
