Special day

Well today is a special day for me and DW. It is our 25th anniversary. It seems like just yesterday that we were getting married. We have been through a lot and we have two wonderful boys. I also have a daughter that DW helped raise. I guess we beat the odds to have made it this far. As luck would have it though, we have company coming in today so we had a special dinner to celebrate last night. Hope you all have a wonderful day. I am on my diet again today and also still on the wagon, How long has it been now?

I had my 25th last December, we are the ones that made it (so be proud). My best and warmest wishes you both. May I say I am so proud of you, and that Knighthood is on its way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, you have to celebrate every now and again - it makes the diet even more of a positive discipline.

Congratulations on the 25 years. It's wonderful to have all that history with another person. I feel sorry for the people who don't have that.

Congratulations on a long marriage. Hopefully one of these days I can say that too.

And also I am so proud of you for hanging in there on that wagon!

queenie, Thanks for the well wishes and congratulations to you too on yours.

Annie If I could only stick to my diet, I spend more time celebrating than dieting.

Record that dance for me Barb. All I can do is the Elmo

Sian nice to see you again. Someone told me just the other day that we were great parents and had wonderful children. I like hearing that.

Happy 25th Greg. That is mighty impressive.
It's a precious thing to spend that much time with someone...if it's been mostly good. It sounds like it has been.
My 18th is next month. Sometimes I want to throttle my man, and other times I think I would simply die if something happened to him.
It's a funny balance.
Sometimes I get wobbly and fall over...he is gracious enough to help dust me off and help me up again.
Happy anniversary- you are a wonderful role model for some of us.

Hi greg, how did the meal go???
Greg C said…
The meal went well. I fixed rib eye steaks on the grill. Mushrooms stuffed with crab meat stuffing. Shrimp coctail for an appetizer. Baked potato and fresh squash from our garden. Oh and scallops in a garlic butter sauce. Nothing fancy. She loved it and the thought too.

I guess it is time for a new post,

Greg
