Say it isn't so.

My world is coming to an end. I thought yesterday’s news was bad but now this:

“Lucci eliminated from 'Dancing”

Sorry wrong Lucy. Try this Lucci:

Oh horrors of horrors. What will we do now? In less than 24 hours, the headlines went from presidential elections to Dancing with the stars trauma. Actually I really am relieved to see us put things back in perspective. I mean Lucci has been on All my Children since.....well since I was a “children” and she deserves to make headlines.

In other late breaking news, I am making chili today for the people in our office. And since our office is as split on this issue as it was on the election, I made two kinds. I made a pot of mild chili and a pot of “fire engine red” chili. I prefer the hot stuff but a few wimps whined and asked for mild so I caved in. Now for those brave enough to try the hot stuff I recommend having some ice water handy to put out the fire.

This stuff is guaranteed to bring tears to your eyes faster than an “O” speech. Oops did I say that?

As my son says; Sorry my bad.

Have a great day,
Greg

You know, I couldn't stomach Dancing w/the Stars this season because of Cloris Leachman. Haven't watched one show. As for the chilli, dish me up some hot stuff.
I've not been a fan of dancing with the stars, but I do appreciate the chili...a lot.

I'll take a bowl of the hot stuff, too, please. :-)

Thanks for a little chuckle today! I am feeling better. I know I sounded so negative on my blog and I am not usually that way. I was just so sad. Yes, I have told my children if they hear any comments about the great "O", just to be quiet. Just sit back and watch. People will realize what a mistake it is and maybe wakeup. My daughter is at Baylor University and they had some racial stuff going on Tuesday night. Hope everyone enjoyed the chili! I've got to get back to watching Dancing With The Stars. I really haven't watched as much this season. Yep, what a difference in the headlines. That's America.

Yup, she got dumped! Wasn't that good anyway. Too stiff or something.

I like my chilli on the mild side.

Take care!

Don't like soaps or celebrity does such and such shows.

As for the chili, can't you make it mild and provide a bottle of hot sauce?

I haven't really watched DWTS since Emmit won... That was it for me... wasn't gonna get any better.

Oh and BTW, whole milk works best for putting out the fire of spicy hot foods. I saw it on a foodie mythbusters type show ;-) I'm a mild girl myself... I like to still be able to taste after I eat. :-0

I want some of your hot chili. Could you post or e-mail me the recipe?

Susan Lucci looks fantastic for being...I don't even want to guess how old she is! Look at those legs!

I have only seen the show once or twice this year! I do think that chili sounds really good right now. I like the hot, but I'm kinda of a whimp with hot stuff!

I agree with Angie about Cloris. She was driving me nuts!

But, on the subject of Lucci, I must say she was getting on my nerves as well. I know she known for her grace and class BUT she needs to let loose a little. Come on Lucci! Wiggle and shake a little! Nothing is going to fall off.

Yummmmm. Pass me some of that hot stuff and a few extra jalopenos! It's miserably cold and raining here today with snow miving in tomorrow.

I used to watch Dancing With the Stars, but have completely missed this season because I work the swing shift (3-11 pm). Oh well. if you've seen one mambo you've seen 'em all.... maybe.
