TGIM

Thank God it's Monday. And we finally got some rain. They have been calling for rain for three days now and it finally started this evening. When I look out and see the pollen colored water puddles, It brings tears of joy to my eyes. It has been a bad couple of days for this allergy sufferer. And to add insult to injury, my home computer went down and I couldn't blog. We got it fixed today though so all is right with the world. I got my Income Taxes sent off too so I really have a reason to tear up.

Sunday was much better than Saturday. I started out making omelet biscuits for the family before we headed off to church. The service was a little different as our regular pastor was out of town. A much younger pastor filled in for him and it was.....lets just say a little different. The message was great but this guy is just a little to......how do I say this nicely? Energetic for my taste. Or maybe I am just getting to old to understand the younger generation. Oh that reminds me. Do you know if when cannibals eat preachers they get a little taste of religion? Sorry I heard that one today and couldn't resist. And did you hear about the silk worm race? They ended up in a tie. Oh I got a bunch of them.

Anyway. I am sorry that I haven't been visiting your blogs lately but I promise to make the rounds tomorrow. It has just been way too busy with taxes and work.

Have a great day,
Greg

i'm laffin' ... your jokes were funny :)
It's been raining here since Thursday...and we desperately need it so I'm not going to complain, i'm not going to complain, i'm not going to complain
Lucky, we are getting zilch in the rain category and we really need it. Not to mention it would probably help my sinus headache I am getting on a daily basis, but then I will get a migraine from the pressure change in the air..errrr can't win for losin' I guess:}

I agree Omelet Biscuit recipe please:)
Well I am glad that you are finally getting the rain, maybe it will leave us for awhile! We had lots, and I am sick of it, I am ready for some sunshine!

You need to post that recipe, it sounds yummy!
It's been raining here, too. Thank God for the rain!
I have missed you, but I think I probably would have missed you even more if I had been around! So I guess I could say that I'm glad we're both back around! :-)

Yes, post the recipe!

Funny, you're the fourth person (including myself) who's computer went belly up in the last 3 days. Our power went out this AM and everything but my PC came back up! Hopefully hubby will fix it, I need to blog! :-)

As you can see, I'm behind in bloggy visits too. :) I would ask you to post the recipe too but I see it's in the post right above this one.

Is too energetic the same as passionate? Just wondering since I am a speaker. B

Rain is on the way for the weekend here, darn. I would rather it rain during the work week, if it has to rain.
